William "Bill" Williams

William “Bill” Williams, 76 of Marion passed away on Thursday June 9, 2016 at home, his death was unexpected. Bill was born April 26, 1940 in Kirkpatrick to the late Omer and Helen (Gingery) Williams. He was married May 28, 1982 to Mildred “Millie” (Blaine) Williams who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Larry and Don as well as one sister Wanda Sandlin.
Bill is also survived by children Dana (Peggy) Maggs, TX; Kelly (Bev) Williams, Marion; Todd Williams, Marion; Allison (Michael Lewis) Mullins, Marion; and Jason (Darla Reagan) Williams, Prospect; 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers Phil (Janet) Williams, Marion; Dick (Pam) Williams, Prospect; Mark (Sandy) Williams, Mt. Gilead; Omer “Bud” (April) Williams, Marion; sisters Emma Jean Jackson, Marion and Linda Bilger, Bucyrus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was a truck driver and lived most of his life in Marion. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially fishing in Canada.
