William J. "Will" Waits

William J. “Will” Waits of Marion, passed away on January 31, 2023 at his residence. He was born on December 7, 1994 in Marion to William E. Waits and April Grant. He is survived by his father William (Crystal) Waits of Marion and mother April (Roger) Grant of Butler.

Will is also survived by his brothers: Dustin Mays, Zachary Waits, step brother: Heath Grant, step sisters: Kennedy Rowland, Kayle Rowland, paternal grandparents: Sam and Deborah Waits, maternal grandparents: Giles (Angel) Kennedy and Michelle Griggs, many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Will graduated from Know County Career Center in Mt. Vernon. He was a contractor for Home Team Property Services in Marion. Will loved kayaking and tubing on the Mohican River. He enjoyed listening to music, fishing and camping. Most of all he enjoyed socializing with his friends.

Visitation will be held Friday 10am-noon at Full Gospel Christian Church. A graveside will follow at Chapel Heights Memory Garden, Marion, OH. Memorial contributions may be made to William J. Waits Memorial Fund.
