Tamara S. Metzger

Tamara Sue Metzger age 44, of Marion died at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on
Thursday Feb. 28, 2019. She was born Dec. 27, 1974 in Marion to the late Grover and Peggy
(Chandler) Hudkins. Ms. Metzger is survived by daughters Alyssa Baer and Tiffany Wood,
both of Marion, and grandchildren LaTaiden and Jaxson Collins, Wayne and Jaymond
Blanton with another grandson on the way. She is preceded in death by her sister Shawna
Lindsay, and son Brent Whalen.
Tamara was a homemaker with a heart of gold. She enjoyed watching the ID channel on TV
and above anything, what she loved the most was being Nana to her grandchildren. Tamara
took pride in her children and loved them and her grandchildren very much.
A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday March 9th at 4pm at Lighthouse of
Prayer, 788 North Main St. in Marion, Ohio.
