Sandra "Sue" Pickens

Sandra “Sue” Pickens, age 67 of Columbus, Ohio, entered into eternal rest on May 19, 2018 at OSU Hospital.
Sandra entered into this world on March 4, 1951 to the late Willie Pickens and Violet Dozier. She was also preceded in death by her Step-Father Morris Dozier.
She was a certified State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for many years and was employed by various companies. Sandra was baptized at a very early age and had given her life to the Lord. She was a very gifted singer and she used her gift to worship the Lord.
She is survived by three sons: Jeff Pickens, Juan Reco Pickens and Richard Jones all of Marion, OH; one daughter: Cassandra Jones of Columbus, OH; one sister: Sharon (Tommie) Thomas of Columbus, OH; three brothers: Robert Flewellen of Columbus, OH, Willard Pickens of Marion, OH and David Pickens and a host of other family and friends.
Friends and Family can come to honor Sandra’s life Saturday May 26, 2018 at 9:00 am and immediately following a Home-going Celebration at Mayes Community Temple COGIC, 801 Bennett St., Marion starting at 10am with Elder Shawn L. Jackson officiating.
