Sandra Kay Bonney

Sandra Kay Bonney, 69 of Marion passed away on Thursday March 20, 2025, at Marion General Hospital. Sandra was born May 28, 1955, in Marion to the late Rev. Bill Mitchell and Lillian (Sparks) Mitchell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Michael “Bub” Mitchell and sister Brenda Mitchell.

Sandra is survived by sons: Joe Millington of Marion and Josh (Sara) Millington of Bucyrus; grandchildren: Jacob and Jaxon Millington; brother Paul Ray Mitchell of Marion, several nieces and nephews, special cousins, special friends, and extended family.

Sandra graduated from Marion Harding High School and worked for the last 15 years for Better Home Healthcare in Marion. She enjoyed shopping, gathering with friends at Seton Square, and most of all spending time with her grandsons, whether it was shopping, fishing, going to their sporting events, or just being together. She was the best Granny to Jacob and Jaxon.
