Samanatha Ashlee Moodespaugh

Samanatha Ashlee Moodespaugh, 36 of Columbus passed away on Monday November 13, 2023 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus following a very brief illness. Samanatha was born October 22, 1987 in Marion to Paul (Justine) Moodespaugh of Bucyrus and Su Burley of Florida. In addition to her parents, she is survived by Kevin Jones of Marion; siblings Mark (Jennie) Moodespaugh of Marion, Evan (Nicole Spears) Pojman, Elijah Pojman, Beau (Amber) Pojman, Cayte’ (Taylor) Bayless all of Bucyrus; paternal grandparents Dick and Sandy Holycross of Caledonia and special friend, Danny Wellman and his family of Columbus; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Samanatha graduated from Marion Harding High School in 2005 and received her LPN license in 2007.

Samanatha enjoyed watching reality television shows. She was very passionate about rescuing stray animals and finding safe homes for them. She enjoyed taking long car rides and dreamed of all the places she wanted to visit.
