Roy N. Decker, 73, formerly of Berkeley Springs, WV and most recently of Marion passed away on Sunday July 16, 2017 at Marion General Hospital. Roy was born Aug. 14, 1944 in Great Capon, WV to the late C. Judson and Virgie (Fisher) Decker. He is survived by his longtime companion Betsy Jordan of Marion; 3 children; and brother James Decker of Texas.
Roy worked on a Shrimp boat in Texas for many years. At this time there are no formal services scheduled and Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio is assisting with arrangements. Expressions of sympathy can be left atwww.cremationservicesofohio.com
