Rosella Scott

Rosella Scott, age 83 of Kenton, Ohio passed away June 14, 2022, at her home in Kenton. Rosella was born January 4, 1939, to the late Emerson L. Fay and Lillian Wuertriuch Fay in Kenton, Ohio. She was married for 61 years to the late Henry Scott; they were married on May 6, 1960.
Rosella is survived by daughter Belinda Scott Wynegar, son Timothy Scott, grandchildren: Charlie (Ashley) Wynegar, Rachel (Austin) Kennedy, Alisha Wynegar, and Brandon Wynegar Sr., great grandchildren: Brooklyn Valmore, Wes Horn, Lily Horn, Rowyn Horn, Nas Valmore, Stryker Wynegar, Brandon Wynegar Jr., and Sorin Wynegar, a niece Diane Ginn, and 2 sisters: Christina Roby, and Janet Althouse. Rosella was preceded in death by 4 brothers: Gene Fay, Emerson Fay Jr., Lewis Fay, and Jerry Fay, and 2 sisters: Betty Johnston, and Reborta “Berta” Fay.
Rosella worked as a Winder/Laborer at Essex Wire in Kenton, Ohio, and attended the Central Church of Christ. She loved family members to call her “Momma Jean”, as well as “Mammy”. Rosella adored and lived for her kids and grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook, had lots of “spunk”, and had a heart of gold. Rosella was truly loved by everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed.
