Ronald D. "Ron" Legg, 77 of Bucyrus and formerly of Delaware, OH passed away on Saturday August 14, 2021 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Ron was born December 7, 1943 in Delaware, OH to the late Francis and Margaret (Snyder) Ashbrook. He was married January 19, 1985 to Lisa (Breece) Legg who survives. Ron is also survived by siblings Lester Ashbrook of Delaware; Harold (Diane) Ashbrook of Fulton; Rowena (Donald) Wycoff of Delaware; and Beverly (Tom) Davis of Columbus; sister in laws Amy McDonald and Kimberly Breece; brother-in-law Clifton Breece Jr. as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Ron retired from Honda in Marysville 11 years ago. He served 6 years in the Ohio National Guard and enjoyed going to flea markets and doing woodworking.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday September 12, 2021 beginning at 12:00 noon. The Celebration will be held at Ron's home, 3489 Crestline Rd., Bucyrus. Affordable Cremation Services, Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
