Robin J. (Eckard) Schuler

Robin J. (Eckard) Schuler, 58 of 173 N. Marion St., Waldo passed away on Sunday at home following a 3 year battle with cancer. Robin was born Feb. 28, 1958 in Marion to the late Robert Gene and Ilene Ruth (Stithem) Eckard. She was married June 26, 2004 to her loving husband Dan Schuler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Christina Dawn Eckard.
Robin is also survived by children Emily (Daniel) Rawlins, Morral; Tony Eckard, Waldo; Travis (Holly) Lama, New Bloomington; and Warren Sprouse, Marion; many loving grandchildren; sister Evangela (Mike Kemmer) Morrison of Waldo; brothers Robert Gene Eckard Jr. and Edward Eckard both of Marion; as well as nieces and nephews.
Robin attended school in Marion and graduated from Marion Technical College. She was a homemaker and for many years played softball, she loved to crochet, doing for others, and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday Sept. 24, 2016 at 1:00 at the family home in Waldo with Pastor Steve Phillips officiating. Memorials may be made to the Marion Co. Humane Society and expressions of sympathy can be left at cremationservicesofohio.com. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio, 1701 Marion Williamsport Rd., is assisting the family with arrangements.
