Robin Annette Miley - born June 12, 1964 in Marion Ohio. She went home to be with her Lord and Savior on June 26, 2022, after a 2 ½ year battle with Ovarian Cancer. She is survived by her parents Michael and Judy (Hudnall) Miley, her sisters Lynn (Miley) and Chris LeBlanc, Michele (Miley) Trent Scott and her brother Michael Todd and Amy (Holt and her 2 daughters and 2 grandsons) Miley. Her nieces and nephews, Kiera, Arick (his girlfriend Nicole and her 2 sons) and Tareyn Osborn, Ashley and Christopher (his wife Katie and their son) LeBlanc, Franklyn Lofton, Carter and Mitchell Miley and her great niece Audri Osborn. She is also survived by her foster son Caleb and Taylor (Gullett) Kelley and her granddaughters, Peyton and Remi Kelley. She is also survived by a large extended family.
Robin grew up in Marion and attending Harding until she was a Junior in high school, and she then attended Tri-Rivers in the Early Childhood Education program and graduated in 1982 from Ridgedale High School. She received her teaching degree from The Ohio State University. She received her Master’s degree from Mary Grove College. She always had a love for educating children from daycare, being a nanny, a long time 4-H advisor to teaching at Ridgedale for 26+ years. She has relished watching her students grow and develop into remarkable adults. She has touched countless lives and has educated 2 generations of students.
Robin has a very large church family with New Bloomington and Meeker United Methodist Churches. She has been active in the church and held countless positions on the board and in committees not only for the church but also the Meeker Community Center. She loves her church family and all of the support they have shown her and her family over the past 2 years.
Every summer Robin would spend time with her family, especially nieces and nephews traveling. She cherished these summer trips. She has visited 44 states, numerous National Parks, state parks and natural wonders including, Denali, Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, Finger’s Lakes, Pictured Rocks, Petrified Forest, Washington DC, and countless other places. Some of her favorite places were, her family’s pond, Alaska, and Marblehead.
Besides traveling, Robin enjoyed swimming, marching in the Marion Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, hunting and fishing, visiting the Columbus Zoo, bird watching, watching her nieces/nephews and students in their extra-curricular activities, church events, reading, Killdeer, camping/campfires, and of course TOFT’S ICE CREAM.
Robin has lifelong friends that live from Alaska to New York that has been with her every step of the way through her battle with Cancer and the family would like to thank them and you know who you are and we love you. The family would like to think the OSU oncology staff, all of the aids and physical therapists, and Ohio Health Hospice.

In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Meeker United Methodist Church. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
