Robert F Freeman

Robert (Bob) Franklin Freeman, age 76, passed away on Monday, May 4th at Marion General Hospital. He was born on April 15th 1944 in Auxier, KY to the late Virgil and Bess Freeman. He lived most of his life in Marion, Ohio. He married the love of his life, Karen in 1993. Bob is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Freeman (Lehman), his children, Robert (Tami) Freeman Jr, Kelley (Jim) Ryman, and Nickie (Jeremy) Baer, and his stepsons, David (Kyla) Doss, and Jimmy (Angie) Doss; grandchildren Dustin, Brandon, Trevor, Tad, Lindsie, Leeanne, Jed, Lyssa, Kassidy, Jena, and Autumn. He also has 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who he loved dearly. He is also survived by his siblings, Loretta (Paul) Clark of Lorain, Ohio, James (Barb) Freeman of Marion, and Paul (Mary) Freeman of Lorain, Ohio. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Virgil and Bess Freeman, his siblings, Denny, Barb, Phil, Don, Kenneth, Doug, and John.
Bob was a one of a kind person with a heart of gold. He was fun, full of life, and loved by many. Bob was the proud owner of B & K Plumbing for many years where he was able to touch many lives. He enjoyed watching Ohio State Football, singing and dancing, fishing, working on trucks, playing cards, and spending time with his family. He was a great man and will be deeply missed. A celebration of life will be held at a later date for family and friends.
