Robert E. Fields, 63 of Marion passed away on Saturday June 20, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. Robert was born October 26, 1956 in Kenton to the late Myron J. and Teresa (Snyder) Fields. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by wife Judith in 2018, brother James L. Fields, and brother in laws Sheridan Lucas and Lonnie Farmer.
Robert is survived by brother Myron (Christine) Fields of Marion; sisters Gladys Mae Lucas of Marion, Jean Ann Farmer of North Carolina, Marie Fields of New Bloomington, and Betty Lou (John) Gilbert of New Bloomington; step son Walter Whitehead of Marion and step grandchildren Raven, Angelina, Robert, and Joseph; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Robert last worked at Union Tank Car and lived most of his life in Marion. He attended Elgin High School
Graveside Services will be held at a later date and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.cremationserivcesofohio . Affordable Cremation and Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
