Services for Richard E. Russell, 80, will be held, as was his wishes, at an innurment at Millfield Cemetery, Ohio. He lived in Athens County for much of his adult life. He worked for Philips Roxanne and retired after 20 years. He then moved to Cardington Ohio. He always loved animals and he loved to play guitar and sing country music.
Richard passed away on April 2nd, 2021 at the Marion General Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Loren C. Russell. Also, one sister, Elinor Baker of Columbus, Ohio and one nephew Jon Baker.
He is also survived by 2 daughters, Mr. Jason (Laura Ann) Fletcher and Mr. Randy (Lora Beth) Bertram. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
He is survived by one sister. Verree McClung of Heath, OH.
