Richard P. Moore, 71 of Marion passed away on Friday May 31, 2019 at Marion General Hospital where he was taken following an apparent heart attack, his death was unexpected. Richard was born on September 16, 1947 in Columbus, OH to the late Charles and Helen (Bradley) Moore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Joseph Charles Moore.
Richard is survived by his wife Janet (Lambert) Moore; daughters Jamie Smith and Jessica Blevins; grandchildren Carter David Blevins, and Bailee Jade Smith; as well as sister Patsy (Glenn Tomazie) Polito of Powell, OH.
Richard graduated from High School and continued his education as a computer consultant. He currently was working for Driveline Retail as a Contractor.
At Richard's request there will be no formal services. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio, 1701 Marion Williamsport Rd., Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
