Richard A Bigler

Richard A Bigler, age 80 of Marion, Ohio passed away Aug. 26. 2022, at his home in Marion. He was married to Mattie Akers Bigler who still lives at their home in Marion. Richard was born June 18, 1942, to the late Arthur Bigler and Geraldine Sargent in Columbus, Ohio.
Richard is survived by his wife, a son David (Tammy) Bigler of Marion, 3 daughters: Kathy (Tonya) Bigler of Marion, Linda (Jason) Gier of Marion, and Pamela Ballard of Marion, a brother Thomas Bigler of Marion, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sons: James Bigler, and Andrew Bigler, 3 brothers: Robert Bigler, Martin Bigler, and Charles Bigler, and a sister Beverly Thomas.
Richard was a laborer/clerk at Sims Gas Station in Marion, Ohio. He enjoyed woodworking in his workshop, and then sharing that woodworking with his family.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on a later date. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio was proud to make arrangements for Richard’s family.
