Raymond Hicks

Raymond Hicks, 51 of Marion passed away on Thursday April 14, 2016, his death was unexpected. Raymond was born August 2, 1964 in Marion to the late Clarence A. Hicks and Connie (Wilson) Simmons who survives in Marion. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother Bobby Hicks, sister Tracey Jo Hicks, and step father James Simmons.
Raymond is also survived by brother Michael (Glenda) Hicks, Sanangelo, TX; sisters Annette Hicks and Judy McCarty both of Marion; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ray worked construction in Marion and Georgia building homes and buildings. He lived most of his life in Marion.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday April 20, 2016 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel at Chapel Heights Memory Gardens 2622 Marion Upper Sandusky Rd. with Rev. John Jones officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service. Burial will be at Chapel Heights. The family invites everyone for a time of fellowship following the service at the Moose Lodge #889. The family suggests memorials be made to Nationwide Childrens Hospital.
