Patty Sue Evans

Patty Sue Evans, age 74 of New Bloomington, OH passed away June 7, 2024, at Marion General Hospital. She was born April 26, 1950, to the late Herman Charles Phillips and Viola (Bennet) Phillips in West Portsmouth, OH. Patty was married to her husband William Evans on September 4, 1976.

Patty is survived by her husband, sons: Korbin (Janeane Husted) Evans of Marion and Kenneth Evans of Marion, grandchildren: Karson Evans and Kaitlyn Evans, 1 brother, and 2 sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Patty was a 1969 Hardin High School graduate, then worked as a dye fabricator at Eaton (Danfoss A/S) Company for 33 years as well as being owner/operator of Evans Sports Bar & Grill in New Bloomington for 17 years. She loved being outdoors, mowing, fishing, gardening, and playing solitaire on the computer. An “Out of This World” Mom; she will be dearly missed.
