Orlan "Ed" Welker Jr

Orlan “Ed” Welker Jr., 94 of Marion passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday January 20, 2016. Ed was born Jan. 5, 1922 in Delaware to the late Orlan E. Welker Sr. and Mae (Loucks) Welker. He was married February 22, 1959 to Betty (Hull) Welker who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Franklin. Ed is also survived by children, grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren. Ed retired to Marion from the Houston Texas area and was a WWII Army Veteran serving as a Flight Engineer.
The family will be holding private graveside services in Oak Grove Cemetery at a later date.
