Nathan Ross Fleming

Nathan Ross Fleming, 32 of Marion passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Grant Hospital in Columbus. Nate was born December 18, 1985 in Marion to Dan Fleming of Marion and Michelle Cope Fleming (Lea Ann Maceyko) of Cardington. Nate was married on September 8, 2012 to the love of his life, Chassidy Nicole (Wood) Fleming. She survives, along with their three children; Ava (11), Hudson (4), and Dreyson (2).

In addition, Nate is also survived by sister Lacey (Jeremy) Bishop of Cardington; paternal grandparents, Don and Reda Fleming of Marion; father and mother in law Jim and Darlene Wood of Marion; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by a special Uncle, Mike Fleming, as well as maternal grandparents, Burt and Helen Cope, Laura Fry and brother in law Donald Hayman.

Nate graduated from Marion Harding High School in 2004. He enjoyed spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and Marion Harding, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bengals football. He was also an avid Indy Car Racing fan.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday June 16, 2018 at 5:00pm in the White Oaks Road Freewill Baptist Church, 1859 White Oaks Rd., Marion. The family will receive friends at the church on Saturday from 2:00pm until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio, 1701 Marion Williamsport Rd., Marion or the family for a college fund to be set up for Nate’s children.
