Matt Giles

Matt Giles, 36 of Cardington passed away Saturday July 23, 2022 at home following a battle with cancer. Matt was born July 14, 1986 in Marion to the late D. Scott Giles and Fredia (Gibson) Wears, his mother, who survives. He is also survived by son Grayson Matthew Giles of Marion, his girlfriend and caretaker Kim Barnett of Cardington, brother Michael (Yolonda) Giles of Marion, nephew Seth, and nieces Aleya, and Mya.
Matt last worked at Silverline Windows in Marion. He lived in Marion most of his life as well as Paradise Kansas in the mid 1990's. He enjoyed fishing, sports, and hunting. Matt also coached for Marion midget football for the dolphins.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday August 13, 2022 at Anselment Memorial Park, 5824 Caledonia Mud Pike Rd, Caledonia, Ohio from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.
