Mary F. Gibson age 79 of Marion, died at Marion General Hospital on Feb. 17, 2022. She was born June 13, 1942 in Pikeville, KY to the late Bessie Wolford. She married Jack Gibson Sr., he preceded her in death. Surviving are her children Sandra Hunt, Chicago, IL, Douglas (Tammy) Ray Marion, Juanita (Tom) Blevins, West Mansfield, Pamela (Daryl) Hankins, Marion, Charlene (Kevin) Bowman, Ridgeway, 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by 2 grandsons, 5 brothers and 3 sisters.
Mrs. Gibson was a bartender.
She was a member of VFW and the American Legion, she enjoyed reading, the company of her friends, watching Hallmark movies and playing cards.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sun. Feb. 27, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. in the banquet hall of the VFW 961 N. Main St. Marion, OH.
Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio has been entrusted with the arrangements.
