Mary A. Burnside

Mary A. Burnside age 61 of Marion went home to be with the Lord, surrounded by her family, on Mar. 3, 2021. She was born on May 31, 1959 to the late Franklin and Deloris (Giesiege) Hartly. She married Albert Burnside on Aug. 1, 1977, he survives in Marion. She is survived by daughters Yolanda Williams, CA, Lakesha (Ervin) Nixon, Columbus, a son Cory Burnside, CA and a step-son Lavar Burch, GA, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and a sister Judy Ferguson Marion.
She was a nursing assistant and homemaker.
Mary enjoyed being outside, traveling, listening to music and spending time with her family, watching Hallmark shows and Christmas was her favorite holiday. She was a very caring and giving person.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Mar. 15, 2021 from 2:00PM-6:00PM at the New Hope Baptist Church 603 Euclid Ave. Marion, OH 43302.
