Marla K. Trumble

August 14, 1948 — February 1, 2021

Our precious wife, mother, beloved sister in Christ, Marla Trumble went to be with Jesus February 1st 2021 in her home with her loving family, literally, by her side. She devoted her life to her family and loved Jesus with all of her heart and soul.
Marla Haberman was born August 14, 1948 and has two brothers Randy (Michelle) Haberman and Rod (Cheryl) Haberman. Marla married the love of her life, John Trumble February 3, 1967 and they were just shy by a couple of days of making it to their 54th wedding anniversary. Marla and John's love produced a daughter Angela Trumble and a son Jeremiah Trumble and also has a granddaughter Toni whom was by her side until the end and her great-grandchildren Kaden, Brylan, and Emerson whom brought the last smiles we saw on her face. She also had several nieces and nephew that she was very proud of. Marla had a heart of gold and a deep loving relationship with God. People would literally stand in a line to get one of her hugs because the love she conveyed with each hug was a genuine, loving hug that left you feeling like you were truly loved and everything is going to be “OK”. My mom never put herself first and would help anyone that would even look like they needed help. Marla knew no stranger. Marla has a degree in Electrical Engineering and retired from Qwest communications. She enjoyed gardens, flowers and anything to do with God's beauty. Marla is a one-of-a-kind human and the strongest women we have ever known. Her heart was gold and our family is happy that she is no longer enduring the COPD that took her from us, but we are relieved and joyous to know that she is dancing in the arms of Jesus. Marla's last words were saying the Psalm 23 and her last breath and words were, “Love you.” Marla's celebration of life will be held at a later date. Family and friends wishing to honor Marla are invited to made a donation to Rise Church on Smeltzer Rd. Marion, OH 43302.
