Marilyn l Kerns

Marilyn L. Kerns age 83 of Marion died Sat. December 16, 2017 at Marion General Hospital. She was born July 11, 1934 in Marion to the late Harold and Helen (Chandler) Parks. She married Jonny J. Kerns on October 30, 1954 and he survives in Marion.
She is survived by her children Gary Kerns, Marion, Patricia (Michael) Phillippi, Marion, Cheryl (Michael) Shenefield, Marion, Brenda (Charles) Howard, Oak Hill, 8 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, a brother Harold “Butch” (Judy) Parks, Marion, and a sister Viretta (John) Litteral, LaRue, a sister-in-law Barbara Parks, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son David Kerns, a brother, and a sister.
Mrs. Kerns was a homemaker and enjoyed her dog, Snickers.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
