Marilyn K. Gibson, 74 of Marion passed away on Monday March 1, 2021 at Marion General Hospital. Marilyn was born July 5, 1946 in Marion to the late Herbert and Marilyn (Harrington) Reinwald. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Everett Gibson 6 years ago, brothers Larry, Randy, and Jimmy, as well as sister Beverly Haley.
Marilyn is survived by children Michelle (Marvin) Jackson of Springfield and Randy (Lisa) Gibson of Mississippi; grandchildren Morgan, Kyle, Tony, Martice, and Brittany; as well as nieces and nephews.
Marilyn lived her entire life in Marion and graduated from Marion Harding High School in 1964, she was a homemaker. Marilyn enjoyed spending time with her family and crafts.
