Lance William Hudson

Lance W. Hudson, age 30 of Marion, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Marion General Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was born on April 26, 1994, in Marion to John and Angela (Spence) Hudson.

Lance was an avid gamer who knew his way around a computer. He was very smart and equally quick-witted, and he had an incredible sense of humor. He had friends from all over, having met many people through school and online gaming, and he will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his father John Hudson; his brother Johnny Dale (Heidi Albanese) Hudson; his aunts and uncles Vicki (Harold) Feustel, Debbie Hudson, Teresa (Steve) Haycox, Lisa (George) Moore, and Tom Sheidler; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother Angela Hudson, his aunt Patsy Sheidler, his uncle Randy Hudson, and his grandparents William and Julia Hudson and Jim and Betty Spence.

The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date. Arrangements in the care of Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of the Marion General Hospital ICU for their kindness and care during their time with Lance.
