Kent E Cusick

Kent E. Cusick, 62 of Prospect passed away on Monday July 3, 2017 at his home. Kent was born August 30, 1954 in Marion to the late James and Margaret (Stuber) Cusick. He was married April 11, 1986 to Peg (Marvin) Cusick who survives. Kent is also survived by children James Cusick of Prospect; Ryan Cusick of Marion; Shawn Hendricks of Columbus; and Shana Potter of Marion; 8 loving grandchildren; and siblings, Jean (Late husband and Dear friend, Roger Willis), Craig (Sharon) Cusick, Kevin (Carolyn) Cusick, Ann (Chris) Cartwright.
Kent was a lifelong Marion resident and graduated from Pleasant H.S. in 1972. Kent spent his entire life as an owner and operator of wellmar machine works Inc., was formerly a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in LaRue, and was an avid outdoorsman.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday July 12, 2017 at 11:00 am in St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Thomas Buffer reciting the Mass. A Celebration of Life Gathering at 1:00 pm following the Mass at the Prospect Senior Citizens Building and all are welcome.
