Kathy Ann Ringle, age 66 of Delaware, OH passed on peacefully at Grady Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was born in Delaware on September 2, 1952 to the late Robert and Barbara (Schaffer) McDonnell. She married Dr. Christopher Allen Ringle on September, 15, 1979 in Upper Arlington and just celebrated 39 years of marriage.
She is survived by her husband, her daughters; Misty (Ryan) Hoggatt, Crystalline (Christopher) Cottrill, Sheri (James) Patterson, Kerry Ringle, 10 grandchildren; Gracelynn, Shaelynn, Madelynn, and Ryan Blake Hoggatt, Lily, Logan, and Rose Cottrill, William, Robert James, and Ember Patterson, her aunt; Eileen Thrush, and many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. She was also preceded in death by her dear grandparents Wade and Dora Schaffer, Hazel and Alvestal McDonnell, and 8 uncles, 5 aunts, and 4 cousins.
She was a loving member of the Richland Rd. Church of Christ in Marion. She was also a "Jane of all Trades" by holding many different occupations. She worked for the Columbus Dispatch, Smithcrest Realty, she was an artist, owned and operated a ceramic business, was a dental assistant for her husband, owned and operated a fudge and craft business, was a pool attendant for the Delaware Hotel, worked as a welder, and above all, was a wife, mother, and homemaker. She enjoyed singing, arts and crafts, swimming, and cooking for her family. She will be deeply missed.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at the Richland Rd. Church of Christ, 535 Richland Rd., Marion, OH 43302 with Minister Russell Howard officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 p.m. at the church.
Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio is in charge of the arrangements.
