Justin Daniel Bauer

Justin Daniel Bauer, 31 of Marion went to be with the Lord on Friday May 11, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic. Justin was born February 28, 1987 in South Bend IN. He was married Dec. 22, 2009 to Brittany (Thorp) Bauer who survives. He is also survived by mother and step father, Kimberly (Bauer) and John Wilson of South Bend; children Makayla Thorp, Justin D. Bauer II, Peyton Bauer, Briceston Bauer, and Hope Bauer; maternal grandmother Dorothy Wilkeson of Granger IN; and Brittany’s parents Michael and Kathy Thorp of Wapella IL and Lynnette and Todd Falcon of Granger IN; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Justin graduated from Mishawaka High School (Indiana) in 2006 and moved to Marion in 2011. He will always be remembered for his beautiful smile and faith in God. He was a member of the Mt. Vernon Ave. Church of Christ and had made Mission Trips with the Church to West Virginia.
Justin was an avid bowler and always wanted to be a firefighter. He was involved with Marshal Arts and most of his activities centered around the Church and Family.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 12 Noon in the Mt. Vernon Ave. Church of Christ with Pastor Jeff Bush officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church on Wednesday from 4:00 until 7:00 pm and one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio, 1701 Marion Williamsport Rd. is assisting the family with arrangements.
