June Augenstein

June Augenstein age 85 of Marion, died on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born on Sept. 10, 1933 in Marion to Elmer and Mae (Vought) Miley. June married Richard Augenstein on Feb. 27, 1958 and he preceded her in death on Sept. 30, 1999.

June was a beloved mother to Debra Mullins, Richard (Stephanie) Augenstein, cherished grandmother to Amber (Charlie Crowe) Nichols, Ashley Augenstein, Mackenzie Augenstein, Ashley Mullins, cherished great grandmother to Braxton Foreman, Allie Nichols, Brenna Hudson, Layden Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Nicholas Pitts, two brothers and four sisters.

June was a homemaker. She was spunky and full of happiness. June was loving and caring especially when it came to her grandchildren. June had a big heart and was easy to love. She will be truly missed by everyone who loved her and knew her.
