Judith Ann “Judy” LaBounty age 76, of Prospect died on May 27, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. She was born on October 10, 1943 in Marion, OH to Luther and Gloria (Kealber) Amrine. Judy married Robert LaBounty on June 2, 1984 and he preceded her in death on December 02, 2018.
Surviving is a daughter Mindy Crowe, son Randolph (Rhonda) Crowe, grandchildren Brandon Duncan, Alisha LaBounty, Amanda LaBounty, Aric LaBounty, Gage Garnow, Riley Crowe, Acacia Crowe, many great grandchildren, step son Paul (Andrea) LaBounty, step daughter Lori May, brother Bruce Amrine, sisters Sandy Amrine, Susan (Jerry) Snyder. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Stewart Amrine.
Judy retired as a Federal Postal worker. She was a member of Emanual Lutheran Church in Marion. Judy was a member of the 8/40 organization, American Legion #584, American Auxiliary of Ohio past depart president. She was an avid OSU Buckeye fan and loved Buckeye Girls State. She enjoyed traveling to National Parks and spending time with family. Judy will be remembered as a good, kind hearted woman.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Legion Poppy Fund or Buckeye Girls State.
Affordable Cremation and Funeral Services of Ohio was entrusted with the arrangements.
