Johney Matthew Kelly

Johney Matthew Kelley, age 50, passed away peacefully Saturday December 2, 2017 due to kidney cancer. Johney was born to the late Johney Franklin Kelley and surviving Barbara Johnson on August 28, 1967 in Marion, Ohio. Johney was a man that kept to himself, but without a doubt had so much love in his heart for others. Johney enjoyed spending time and talking with his son and his mother, who were his two best freinds. He also enjoyed indulging in anything sweet. He had the biggest sweet tooth. Johney was a very talented man that could build almost anything with his bare hands. He had a strong work ethic, an acute intelligence, and an eye for perfection that led to much of the success he had in life. Johney owned his own remodeling business for years and then worked for Western Express trucking in the latter part of his life before he was diagnosed with stage four cancer. Johney is survived by his mother, Barbara Johnson; son, Johnathon Patrick Kelley; sisters, Patricia Kelley, Angela Kirshenbaum, Cheryl Kelley, and Anita Kelley; as well as his nephew Micheal Kelley and several other nieces and nephews. He loved all of them greatly. Arrangements are in the care of Afordable Cremation Services of Ohio. There are no services selected at this time. Memorials may be made through the funeral home.
