Jeffrey Allan Tilley

Jeffrey A. Tilley, age 52 of Marion, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on January 28, 2025, after losing his battle with cancer. He was born  September 9, 1972, to the late George Tilley and surviving Mary Bebout (Kenny Bebout).

Jeff had many jobs in his short life, leading up to him becoming disabled. He had some over the road driving jobs for some expedite companies, a couple different rail road crew companies, and even at one point had his own business down in Georgia when he lived there, and worked the Delaware Ohio County Fair.

He loved to travel, fish, and spend time with his family. He always loved to go to Craigs, in Chillicothe. He loved going to the fairs and festivals all over central Ohio. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan, and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

Jeff is preceeded in death by his legal wife Helen Tilley, father George, brother Wes, brother Anthony Tilley, and his baby forever grandson Jordan, not last but least his best friend Tina.

Jeff is survived by his amazing fiancee Kayla who has stood by his side since the day Helen passed. Kayla kept her promise to Helen that if anything no matter what she would care for Jeff and Justin, and she did exactly that up until his last breath, and continues to care for Justin. Parents Mary and Kenny Bebout, Brother Craig Smith, Sister Mary Smith, Daughters September (Paul) Lund, Jessica (Tim) Gill, Debra (Joe) Wheatley, Rochelle Grubb, Amber Noggle, Jamie(Justin) Bishop, Sons Matthew Smith, John Taylor, Devin, and Hunter, Grandson whom he raised as his own Justin, adopted sister Rita (Cole) Davis and several adopted children, and 22 grandchildren, plus adopted grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. His best friends next to his brother Craig were Bill (Margaret) Saylor, Dan and Summer (His LTC CM).

You are loved and missed so much already. You've taught us all a lot in life, but how to live without you wasn't one. We don't know how we're gonna do it, but we'll do it just for you and promise to make you proud. 

Jeff is being cremated at Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date.
