Janet E. Mills age 69 of Marion died at her residence on Fri. Mar. 3, 2017. She was born Dec. 13, 1947 in Delaware to the late John and Maxine (Smith) Lumbard. She is also preceded in death by her step-father Andrew Hancock, her husband James R. Mills and a sister Julia Ann Fortune.
Surviving is a son James (Debbie) Mills, Marion, a daughter Sheri Mills (Matthew) Williams, Lewisville, TX, 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, a sister Kathie (Bruce) Phillian, Caledonia, a brother Jack Hancock, Pickerington, many nieces and nephews, 2 aunts of Delaware and an uncle Loyd Smith, Marion.
A private service and cremation to follow.
