Helen M. Carr

Helen M. Carr, age 71, from Prospect, Ohio, passed away April 10, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born March 21, 1951, in Marion to Lewis and Wanda (Mosburger) Gleason. She married Joseph D. Carr Jr. in 1985 and he still survives in Prospect.

Helen is survived by her children: Mark (Trisha) Conley of Marysville, Ohio, Kimberly Milisor of South Carolina, Josh (Nicki) Carr of Marion, Ohio, Jamie (Shelley) Carr of Florida, Joey (Beth) Carr of Colorado, 12 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren. Along with brothers and sisters: Jackie (Greg) Price, Billy Fassler, Pam (Doug) Collins, Kathy (Dan) Tumey, Rosemary Cantrell, Becky Price, Fred (Teresa) Gleason, James Gleason. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law Willy Fassler and Jesse Price.

Helen graduated from Pleasant High School. She retired from Marion General Hospital as a surgery coordinator. Helen was a loyal Ohio State and Cleveland Browns’ fan. She also enjoyed traveling and gambling with her husband by her side.
