Emma Marie (Bright) Berndsen

Emma Marie (Bright) Berndsen, 75 of Waldo passed away on Wednesday June 6, 2018 at home. Emma was born January 11, 1943 in Delaware to the late James and Frances (McKean) Bright. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Arnold Berndsen. 3 grandchildren and 10 siblings.
Emma is survived by children Lea Bright, Annette Kirtley, David Rush, Robin Meza, Pamela Dennis, and Ruth Riley; 12 grandchildren Harmony, John, Heather, Amber, Jessica, Sabrina, Jamie, April, James, Abbiegail, Michael, and Kendra; and 8 great grandchildren.
Emma last worked at Heartland of Marysville for 32 years. She lived most of her life in the Delaware and Waldo area. She was a High School graduate and did further nurses aid training. Emma enjoyed crocheting and playing the scratch off Lottery as she once appeared on Cash Explosion.
At the families request there will be no formal services. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio is assisting with arrangements and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.cremationservicesofohio.com
