Elanna L. Simpkins, age 53, of Marion passed away in her home on December 3, 2020. She was born on April 12, 1967 in Newark to Milton and Anna (Kreitz) Sayaotovich. Her father preceded her in death. Elanna married Gregg Simpkins, who survives her, on August 10, 2010.
She is survived by her son William Alex Knight Jr. and a daughter Anita Walters.
Elanna was a member of the Freewill White Oaks Baptist Church and St. Pauls Lutheran Church both of Marion. She was a stay at home wife and enjoyed many things including cross-stich, bead art, fishing, camping and her four shepherd dogs.
She studied Business Management at Everest University, Nursing at Marion Technical College and general studies at Zane State College. Elanna graduated from Clarmont High School class of 1987.
