Donald R King

Donald R King, age 70 from Marion, Ohio Passed away Aug. 26, 2022, at Marion Manor. He was born Oct. 30, 1951, to the late Merrill King and Virginia Bausman in Marion.
Donald is survived by a son Michael (Meaghan) King from California, a daughter Diane (Chad) Thompson from Caledonia, 2 nieces Billie Joe Patton and Desiree Flores, 3 grandchildren Tyler Thompson, Skylar Thompson, and Charlotte King, a brother William (Sally) King, and a sister Ellen Flores. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Claudia King, and a brother-in-law Jose Flores.
Donald worked as a Technician for Perry Corporation. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Toledo. Donald enjoyed spending time at Lake Erie camping and fishing, as well as playing pool, the harmonica, and the guitar.
A Celebration of Life Service is being planned for a later date. Memorial Contributions can be made in Donald’s honor to Affordable Cremation Services. Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio was privileged to serve Donald’s family.
