He is also survived by 3 children, Logan Evans, Maya Evans, and Eric Crawford, and a brother Corey Combs and niece Melana Combs. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Virgil and Betty Evans, and an uncle, Michael Evans.
The family would like to people to remember that Dennis was more then the addiction that shadowed his life. DJ was a funny personable little boy that was adored by his grandparents and idolized by his younger cousins. He was soft spoken and had a soft heart for people. He loved the Cincinnati Bengals and collected Bengals memorabilia. He also enjoyed working on computers and other small electronics and was quite accomplished at it. Dennis was employed at Jones Potato Chip Company in Mansfield Ohio, and at Bayworld in Mansfield Ohio.
The family has plans for a Celebration of Life at a later date. Donations for his final expenses can be made to Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio.
