Delphine Little, 60, of Marion passed away on Aug. 9, 2016 in Kindred Nursing home and rehabilitation of Marion. She was born on Feb. 14, 1956 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Junior Dyer and Sylvia Jean (Spradlin) Dyer.
Also surviving is her daughter, Heather (Phillip) Steiger of Marion; her grandchildren, Alexis Hannah Steiger and Parker Hannah Ray Steiger; Her sister, Darlene (Willie) Hill of Marion. She is preceded in death by her son Michael Joe Dyer, her grandparents, Kay and Alma Spradlin, and her brothers, Donnie Kay Dyer, David Dyer, and Darrel Prendon Dyer.
Delphine lived most of her life in the community working for the Whirlpool Corporation, formerly with total Image Tanning, and assisted her sister with her day care, where she was loved by all the children. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles and playing Bingo. She attended school in Vanlue, Ohio and Paintsville, Kentucky.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11 am in the Richland Road Church of Christ with the Rev. Rutherford Howard officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Addition calling hours will take place on Wednesday from 6-8 pm in the Beechwall United Baptist Church in Denver, Kentucky. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday in the Church at 11 am with Pastor Ruferd Blair officiating.
