Delia Martin age 98 of Marion, died at her residence on Nov. 28, 2018. She was born on July 30, 1920 in Wayland, KY to the late Robert and Algae (Collins) Martin. She married James Martin, he preceded her in death.
She is survived by her significant other Bob L. Piatt, a son James (Minnie) Martin, Marion, 6 grandchildren Jay (Tina) Martin, Danielle Koeppel, Tim Martin, Leann Holsinger, Clint (Joyce) Piatt and Becky Carrigiger, 8 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, a sister Jean Christensen, AZ. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 5 sisters.
She had been employed by Tecumseh, Marion. Mrs. Martin enjoyed painting ceramics, crocheting, canning vegetables and making jelly.
A funeral service will be held on Mon. Dec. 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Lighthouse of Prayer Church with Pastor Denver Combs officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the church. Interment will follow in Grand Prairie Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Lighthouse of Prayer Church 788 N. Main St. Marion, OH 433
