Deborah J Cassidy

Deborah J. Cassidy, 47 of Marion passed away on Thursday August 3, 2017 at Marion General Hospital. Debbie was born November 18, 1969 in Springfield, OH to Dale and Janet (Sayler) Longsworth who survive in Marion. She was married October 14, 1995 to Jerry Cassidy Jr. who also survives. Debbie also has two children that live at home, Kaitlin and Caleb.
Debbie last worked as a nurse at the Grant Trauma Center. She graduated from Fairbanks High School in 1988 and continued her education at High Point to become an LPN. She was a member of Delaware Bible Holiness Church and enjoyed playing the keyboard, singing, decorating for the seasons, admiring Victorian homes, and most of all spending time with her family and pet cats Mandarin and Marmalade.
A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday August 9, 2017 at 7:00 pm in the Delaware Bible Holiness Church, 380 N. Union St., Delaware with Pastor Aaron Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 6:00 pm until the time of service. The family suggests memorial contributions be made through Affordable Cremation Services of Ohio, 1701 Marion Williamsport Rd. and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.cremationservicesofohio.com .
