David R Racer

David R Racer, 69, of Waldo passed away November 9, 2021 at home surrounded by family. David was born on May 18, 1952 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Everett and Virginia (Clay) Racer. He is survived by a son, David Shane (Janet) Racer and daughters, Kyla Ford, Lisa (Don) Arnold and Felicia Racer Swick. In addition David was blessed with 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He is survived by a brother and a sister. Mr. Racer was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
David worked at Ranco and retired from there. He also worked in construction for several years. His hobbies included reading, watching westerns and riding his motorcycle and loved to shoot his guns.
There will be no funeral service at this time. It was David’s wishes to be cremated and take one last ride with his family on their Harley’s and have his ashes scattered.
