David Howard Moler, age 74, passed away unexpectedly on November 15, 2022 in his home. David was born to the late Willis Coe and Betty Marie (Neff) Moler on October 1, 1948 in Marion, Ohio.
David was preceded in death by his parents.
David is survived by his son, David Arnold Moler; sisters, Esther Tubbs, Julie (Time) Fisher, and Linda Moler; as well as several nieces and nephews.
David was a member of Prospect Street United Methodist church growing up. He worked as a truck driver and retired from Whirlpool. In his spare time, David enjoyed fishing, attending auctions, metal scrapping, and always finding a good deal. David would be considered a foodie; he loved to try new foods and taking his son to the local buffet on weekends.
David dedicated four years of his life to the United States Air Force, where he spent his days working as an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist in the late 60’s. He received the National Defense Service Medal, and the Air Force Good Conduct Medal.
David Moler was a great man and liked to do things his way, and we would have it no other way. He will be deeply missed and may he Rest In Peace.
There will be no services per the family's request. Moments of remembrance may be left online.
