Dale Eugene Carr
Born Oct.12, 1948 died Dec. 28, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was the son of the late Franklin and Naomi Carr of Marion.
He was married for 37 years to his soul mate Barb (Vaughn) Carr. He is also survived by his two sons Anthony Brian (Christina) Carr of Manchester, England and Jason Carr of Marion. He has two grandchildren Jake Carr and Katie Carr which he is so proud of.
Surviving are three sisters Carol (Larry) Craig of Talbott Tenn, Brenda Davis And Kathy Long of Marion and two brothers David (Marsha) Carr and Gerald (Jamie) Carr of Marion.
Dale was loved by Barb's family especially Ed, Kattie, Beth and Aunt Donnie.He will be missed by several nieces and nephews.
Dale was a Veteran of the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1969. He was an avid woodworker. He found real joy in wood working. It was something he and his brother Gerald shared.
He was a quiet man but was always there for his family. Forever in our hearts!
Burial will be at a later date.
