Cynthia is survived by: son Jesse (Danielle) Freiley, daughter Jackie Orians, 4 grandchildren: Tesla Orians, Noah Orians, Izzabella Freiley, and Chase Freiley, siblings: Billie Stephens, Roy Mullins, Clarence Mullins, and Vernon Mullins, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by: her parents, siblings: Tim Mullins, Debbie Hanshaw, and Shirley Mullins.
Cynthia worked as a laborer at Burkcliff Industries.
