Carol L. Powell age 66, of Marion died at Marion General Hospital on Feb. 19, 2021. She was born Aug. 19, 1954 in Delaware to the late Henry and Laura (Gray) Downing Jr.
Carol married Clifford Powell and he survives in Marion. She is survived by brother Donald Downing, Ralph Downing and a sister June Michael. Carol is preceded in death by a brother Charles Downing.
