Betty L. (Hull) Welker age 90 of Marion, died at Wyndmoore Nursing Home on Nov. 5, 2020. She was born in Meigs Co., OH to the late Howard and Clara (Williams) Hull. She married Orlon Welker on Feb. 22, 1959, he preceded her in death. Surviving are daughters Christine Ward, Marion and Terri (Michael) Jaeger, LA, grandchildren Anthony Kelder, Erica (Kevin Young) Kelder, Stephanie Potter, Melissa Jones, Jason Jones and Ian Jaeger, great grandchildren Layne Kelder Landrey Kelder, Noah (Kelsey Taylor) Kelder, Jonah Roberts, Brandon Young, Cohen Jones, Clyde Jaeger, Courtney (Kenneth) Barnes and 3 great great grandchildren. Preceded in death are brothers Howard C. Jr., Merrill, William and Bobby Joe Hull.
She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Waldo and was an activites director at Country Place Pearland Texas.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Waldo.
