Ada Gruber

Ada Gruber, age 95 died at her son’s home on September 17, 2020. She was born on August 17, 1925 in Evansville, Indiana to the late Martha Gerhardt. She married William John Gruber on September 16, 1946 in Marion OH and he preceded her in death on April 12, 1998.

Ada is survived by her children Allen (Pam) Gruber, Charlene (Ken) Roth and Deanna Nichols, 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren. She attended Fair Park Community Baptist Church.

She enjoyed painting, crocheting, sewing, gardening, flowers and the love of her dog, Niki. She worked at Carroll’s Jewelers, May’s Jewelers and Crawbaugh’s

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 4:00 pm at Fair Park Community Baptist Church, 940 Bermuda Dr. Marion, OH 43302. Pastor David Rush will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday September 23, 2020 from 2 until 4 at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Tranquilty Hospice, 1949 West Central Ave. Suite C, Delaware, OH 43015.
